ABOUT KAIDEN & KAIDEN, LLC
We have spent years helping Georgia consumers stand up to unfair practices, and we still believe every case deserves personal attention.

Much of our work involves defending lawsuits filed by creditors and debt buyers. We also assist clients with negotiated resolutions and credit related matters when appropriate.

What sets our firm apart is not volume.
It is judgment.

Robert Kaiden is a consumer protection attorney who focuses his practice on debt collection lawsuit defense, auto loan deficiency cases, and related consumer rights matters in Cobb County, Georgia.

Robert has been practicing law since 1989. He began his legal career with Georgia Legal Services, where he represented consumers under the state’s legal aid program. From the start of his career, his work centered on helping individuals navigate debt related legal problems and protecting consumers facing unfair or aggressive collection practices.

For years, Robert has represented individuals who were sued for consumer debt and did not understand what their rights were or what would happen next. He understands how quickly debt lawsuits move and how overwhelming the court system can feel, especially when deadlines are short and the consequences are serious.

Robert’s approach is practical and deliberate. He reviews the lawsuit, examines the documents, and holds creditors and debt buyers to their burden of proof. When litigation is not the best path forward, he advises clients honestly and explores alternative resolutions that align with their broader financial goals.

Clients often describe Robert as direct, responsive, and easy to speak with. He believes legal representation should be clear and collaborative, not confusing or intimidating.

Robert represents clients in Cobb County Magistrate Court, State Court, and Superior Court, and his practice is intentionally focused on serving individuals in this community.
